Executive Management Team

Our executive management team consists of individuals whose backgrounds include corporate develop in the medical device, pharmaceutical and automotive industries.

John Canvin

John is a 1981 graduate of Rutgers College (Rutgers University, New Brunswick, New Jersey, USA) and a 25+ year veteran of the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, with a strong background in regulatory and operational management. John began working with Dilapan in 1983 as Production Plant Manager, taking over the marketing and distribution in 1998 with his friend and partner Hans Litjens. John is currently President and CEO of FEMA International, B.V. and J.C.E.C. Company, Inc. He is married and has four children.

Hans Litjens

Hans is a graduate of the University of Nijmegen (The Netherlands) where he earned a law degree. As an attorney Hans has worked extensively with the Dutch Regional Chamber of Commerce. Before founding FEMA International in 1998 with John Canvin, Hans worked for 5+ years as the International Automotive Industry Business Consultant for a privately held automotive business based in The Netherlands. For FEMA International Hans is the Business Liaison Officer for marketing and sales. Hans is married and has two children.
