Placing an Order By Phone
Please call during regular business hours, +(31) 4875 24251, 9am - 5:30pm (+1 - GMT), and have your Purchase Order #, product code and quantity readily available.

Ordering By Mail, Fax, Email

  • Mail Orders can be placed by sending your written request to FEMA International, B.V., v. Heemstraweg 71, 6645KG Winssen, The Netherlands. We do not accept credit cards.
  • Fax Orders: Fax your written Purchase Order any time to +(31) 4875 24252. Please include your Purchase Order #, Product Code, quantity information and your contact information.
  • Email Orders: Email your written Purchase Order any time to info@dilapan.com. Please include your Purchase Order #, Product Code, quantity information and your contact information.

Minimum order quantities may apply.

Purchase Orders
The buyer shall submit a written Purchase Order (PO) in lieu of using the Order Form (below) which, at minimum, shall set forth: 1) an identification of the products ordered including product code, product name, product description, quantity for each product code and unit cost; 2) requested delivery date, PO #, method of shipment, shipping address and billing address.

Acceptance and Confirmation of Orders
Within two (2) business days of receipt of an order, FEMA will send a confirmation of receipt including a shipping date. The buyer should contact FEMA via telephone or email if a confirmation is not received within 48 hours. All shipments will include a Commercial Invoice (for customs purposes). DO NOT pay from this invoice. A separate invoice will be emailed and/or mailed to your billing address.

Payment Terms
Payment is required upon receipt of the shipment by the buyer. Unless determined otherwise by FEMA, new customers are required to pay in advance of their first order via pro forma invoice from FEMA. We do not provide credit terms and do not accept credit cards. Buyer is responsible for all banking fees associated with wire transfer payments made to FEMA. A fee of €25,00 will be invoiced to the buyer for all such fees incurred by FEMA.

Shipping Information
FEMA works closely with several common carriers. We will need your shipping address and the name of the contact person responsible for receiving the goods including their telephone number. Most freight companies including UPS, FEDEX, and DHL will not delivery to a P.O. Box. Shipping and handling charges are specific to destination and method chosen. All orders are shipped within 7 business days. Please no CODs. We are happy to use your account information for any carrier.

Late Charges
All payments are due upon receipt of product (with the exception of prepayments). A monthly late charge of 1.5% shall be added to all account balances over 30 days past due. If collection of overdue accounts requires litigation, the customer shall be responsible for all attorney fees and court costs.

Shipping and Handling Costs
Ground service is used unless specified by the customer. Monday - Friday delivery. Shipping charges do apply and are determined by the carrier based on location and method chosen. A handling charge of €2,00 is added to all orders under €1.000,00; a €3,00 handling charge is added to all orders over €1.000,00.

Sales Tax
All prices quotes exclude V.A.T., state, federal and government taxes and duties. The buyer is liable for such taxes as applicable.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased, return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the product. Any claim about forwarding, delivery, quantity, and quality of the goods has to be advised within five (5) days from the delivery date of the goods. FEMA accepts any claim for shortage or damages of the good only if together with a copy of the delivery note, where the concerns/reservations expressed to the carrier at the moment of receiving the goods will be written. Any return of goods MUST be authorized by FEMA. Returned goods must be made in the original packaging and cartons have to be properly sealed. All shipping charges from buyer’s facility to the FEMA facility are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Privacy
FEMA International, B.V. will not disclose personal information about you or your business to companies/individuals outside of FEMA without your consent, or unless we are required to do so by law. If we need to share personal/business information with third parties in order to provide a service to you, we require them to adhere to the FEMA Privacy Principles.
