Placing an Order By Phone
Please call during regular business hours, 908-420-3759, 9am - 5:30pm (EST), and have your Purchase Order #, product # and quantity available.

Ordering By Mail, Fax, Email

• Mail Orders can be placed with a personal or business check, bank draft (drawn on U.S. banks only or money order. We do not accept credit cards.
• Fax Orders may be placed by faxing (888-606-4420) your Purchase Order to at any time. Please include your Purchase Order #, product order #, quantity information.
• Email Orders may be requested by sending your Purchase Order #, product order #, quantity, and "Bill To" information to the following email address: canvinj@comcast.net

Minimum order quantities may apply.

Purchase Orders
The buyer shall submit a written Purchase Order (PO) in lieu of using the Order Form (below) which, at minimum, shall set forth: 1) an identification of the products ordered including product #, product name, product description, quantity for each product # and unit cost; 2) requested delivery date, PO #, method of shipment, shipping address and billing address.

Acceptance and Confirmation of Orders
Within two (2) business days of receipt of an order, J.C.E.C. will send a confirmation of receipt including a shipping date. The buyer should contact J.C.E.C. via telephone if a confirmation is not received.

Payment Terms
Payment is required upon receipt of the shipment by the buyer. We do not provide credit terms and we do not accept credit cards. Buyer is responsible for all banking fees associated with wire transfer payments made to J.C.E.C. A fee of $25.00 USD will be billed to the buyer for all such fees incurred by J.C.E.C.

Shipping Information
J.C.E.C works closely with several common carriers. We will need your shipping address and the name of the contact person responsible for receiving the goods including their telephone number. Most freight companies including UPS, FEDEX, and DHL will not delivery to a PO Box. Shipping and handling charges are specific to destination and method chosen. All orders are shipped within 7 business days. Please no CODs.

Late Charges
All payments are due upon receipt of product (with the exception of prepayments). A monthly late charge of 1.5% shall be added to all account balances over 30 days past due. If collection of overdue accounts requires litigation, the customer shall be responsible for all attorney fees and court costs.

Shipping and Handling Costs
Ground service is used unless specified by the customer. Monday - Friday delivery. Shipping charges do apply and are determined by the carrier based on location and method chosen. A handling charge of $2.00 is added to all orders under $1,000.00; a $3.00 handling charge is added to all orders over $1,000.00.

Sales Tax
All prices quotes exclude V.A.T., state, federal and government taxes and duties. The buyer is liable for such taxes as applicable.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with the products purchased, return it to us within 30 days for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price of the product. Any claims about forwarding, delivery, quantity, and quality of the goods must be made within five (5) days from the delivery date of the goods. J.C.E.C accepts any claim for shortage or damages of the goods only if together with a copy of the delivery note, where the concern/reservations expressed to the carrier at the moment of receiving the goods will be written. Any return of goods MUST be authorized by J.C.E.C. Returned goods must be made in the original packaging and cartons have to be properly sealed. All shipping charges from buyer’s facility to the J.C.E.C facility are the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.

Privacy
J.C.E.C will not disclose personal information about you or your business to companies or /individuals outside of J.C.E.C. Company, Inc. without your consent, or unless we are required to do so by law. If we need to share personal/business information with third parties in order to provide a service to you, we require them to adhere to the J.C.E.C. Company, Inc. Privacy Principles.
